Authenticated code execution via unbounded L2TP key formatting

Stack-based buffer overflow in Milesight UR32L 32.3.0.5 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary code via an HTTP request. vpn_l2tp_handler_set passes the HTTP JSON key value to set_l2tp, which uses unbounded sprintf to place it in the fixed vtysh_command_buffer. High-privileged router access is required; an oversized key can crash vtysh_ubus, while successful stack control enables code execution.
