Administrator-level script execution via unescaped settings

Stored XSS in Matteo Candura WP htpasswd 1.7 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to run script in an administrator's browser. The admin.php settings form places stored username and password values directly into HTML value attributes without output escaping. Administrator-level access is required to save the payload, and exploitation occurs when another administrator opens the settings page.
