Job state modification via missing CSRF protection

Cross-site request forgery in Clockwork Web before 0.1.2 with Rails before 5.2 allows remote attackers to alter job state via a browser. The HomeController omits explicit request-forgery protection, so affected Rails versions accept state-changing job requests without validating an authenticity token. Exploitation requires an authorized user to visit attacker-controlled content and can enable or disable scheduled jobs without exposing job data.
