Authenticated code execution via crafted URL command injection

OS command injection in the IBM TS7700 Management Interface allows remote authenticated users to execute code via a crafted URL. The interface fails to neutralize command elements in URL input before using that input in an operating-system command; IBM has not disclosed the affected endpoint or function. A valid management-interface account and network access are required, after which injected commands execute with elevated privileges on the appliance.
