Unauthorized privilege changes via unchecked process_postdata
Published May 23, 2023 · Updated Apr 8, 2026
Missing authorization in Granth Go Pricing 3.3.19 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to modify plugin access privileges. The process_postdata function changes which roles can access the plugin without checking that the caller has administrator capability. Exploitation requires an administrator to have previously granted the attacker's role plugin access, and it lets that role alter access controls reserved for administrators.
