Remote code execution via RPC array expansion

Integer overflow in the Windows RPC Runtime allows remote attackers to execute code by sending crafted RPC traffic over an extended period. The runtime doubles a full SIMPLE_DICT, SIMPLE_DICT2, or Queue backing array without guarding the allocation size, allowing it to wrap and under-allocate storage. Exploitation is unauthenticated but requires many packets over a long period; successful memory corruption runs attacker-controlled code on the target.
