Administrator-level stored XSS via unsanitized plugin settings

Stored XSS in Fernando Briano UserAgent-Spy 1.3.1 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to inject scripts through plugin settings. Plugin settings are stored without sufficient input sanitization and later rendered without adequate output escaping. Administrator-level access is required, and execution occurs when another user opens an injected page; exposure is limited to multisite installations or sites with unfiltered_html disabled.
