Remote code execution via unchecked RPC array growth

Integer overflow in the Microsoft Windows RPC Runtime allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code through crafted RPC calls. The runtime doubles dynamic-array capacity without checking arithmetic overflow, can allocate an undersized buffer, and then copies existing entries beyond it. Exploitation requires unauthenticated network access to an RPC server and sustained manipulation of RPC data structures; successful exploitation executes code in that server's security context.
