Code execution via undersized IPHC packet buffer

Type confusion in RIOT before 2022.10 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code by sending a crafted 6LoWPAN frame. The _iphc_encode function sizes a GNRC_NETTYPE_UNDEF packet snippet as an eight-byte UDP header, then compresses a larger IPv6 extension header into that buffer. Network access to the 6LoWPAN processing path is sufficient; the resulting out-of-bounds write corrupts packets or allocator metadata, causing a crash or enabling arbitrary code execution.
