Unauthenticated code execution via undersized reassembly buffer

Out-of-bounds write in RIOT before 2022.10 allows remote attackers to execute code or crash devices via crafted 6LoWPAN fragments. During fragmented-datagram reassembly, gnrc_sixlowpan_iphc_recv copies a decompressed IPv6 payload into a packet buffer sized from the smaller compressed frame without verifying the expanded length. No privileges or user interaction are required, but the target must process attacker-supplied fragmented 6LoWPAN traffic; memory corruption can alter packets or allocator metadata before a crash or code execution.
