Device hard fault via unchecked interface lookup

NULL pointer dereference in RIOT before 2022.10 allows remote attackers to crash devices with a crafted 6LoWPAN fragment. Fragment forwarding accepts a frame with no source address, obtains an uninitialized reassembly entry, and passes its zero interface PID into gnrc_netif_get_by_pid without checking the NULL return. The target must enable fragmented IP datagrams and process the crafted frame; exploitation raises a hard fault that interrupts device operation.
