Arbitrary URL access via mismatched SVG attributes

Interpretation conflict in dompdf 2.0.2 allows remote attackers to invoke arbitrary-protocol URLs through crafted SVG input. In src/Image/Cache.php, validation prefers xlink:href, while php-svg-lib later overwrites it with href, so an empty xlink:href leaves a malicious href unchecked. Supplying an SVG is required; on PHP before 8.0.0, a phar URL triggers deserialization that can delete files and can execute code when suitable classes exist.
