OS command injection in Appium Desktop before 1.22.3-4 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary commands through exposed server ports. The Electron renderer writes untrusted request data into dangerouslySetInnerHTML while Node integration is enabled, so injected JavaScript can invoke child_process.exec. Exploitation requires the Appium server port to be reachable; no credentials or user interaction are required, and commands run with the desktop process's privileges.
