Decoder crash via null SSE destination write

NULL pointer dereference in libde265 1.0.10 allows local users to crash the decoding process via a crafted H.265 file. During inter-prediction, ff_hevc_put_weighted_pred_avg_8_sse passes a null destination to an SSE store in sse-motion.cc. A local user must cause an x86 SSE build to decode the crafted file; the reported consequence is a process crash without data disclosure or modification.
