Phishing redirection via attacker-controlled destination URL

Open redirect in PMB 7.4.6 allows remote attackers to send victim users to an external domain through /opac_css/pmb.php. The endpoint redirects to an attacker-controlled url value when the hash parameter contains its MD5 digest, without restricting the destination domain. Exploitation requires a victim to follow the crafted unauthenticated link, allowing a phishing destination to appear behind a trusted PMB URL.
