Stored XSS via unsanitized user profile fields

Stored XSS in SAS Web Administration interface 9.4_M2 allows remote authenticated users to execute scripts in another user's browser. User creation and editing fields, including names and descriptions, accept unsanitized script content, store it in the database, and render it when the affected page is viewed. An account able to create or edit users must save the payload, and another user must view the page, exposing that user's session and permitting actions in that user's context.
