Unauthenticated file disclosure via viewfile traversal

Path traversal in Foswiki::Sandbox in Foswiki 2.1.7 and earlier allows remote attackers to read server files via crafted web requests. The viewfile endpoint passes an attacker-controlled file path to the sandbox, whose insufficient validation permits traversal outside the intended directory. No authentication or user interaction is required, and the bounded impact is disclosure of local files accessible to the Foswiki process.
