Access-control bypass in i7MEDIA mojoPortal 2.7.0.0 allows remote attackers to create accounts despite disabled registration. Public disclosures do not identify the registration endpoint or code path that fails to enforce the Allow User Registrations setting. No authentication or user interaction is required, and the demonstrated consequence is creation of a new application account.
