SQL injection in Simple Customer Relationship Management System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to modify SQL queries through ticket subjects. The Create Ticket handler fails to neutralize SQL syntax in the subject parameter before using it in a database query. A logged-in user can submit a crafted value remotely to read or write application data or interrupt database-backed operations.
