Authenticated SQL injection via unsanitized oldpass parameter
Published Feb 27, 2023 · Updated Mar 10, 2025
SQL injection in Simple Customer Relationship Management System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to compromise its database. The Change Password handler passes the attacker-controlled oldpass value to an SQL query without neutralizing SQL syntax. A registered customer or administrator session is required, and successful injection permits database reads or writes and can interrupt service.
