Arbitrary SQL execution via ticket descriptions

SQL injection in Simple Customer Relationship Management System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute SQL via ticket descriptions. The Create Ticket handler incorporates the Description value into a database query without neutralizing SQL syntax, allowing injected clauses to reach MySQL. A customer account and network access to the web application are required; successful exploitation can read, change, or delete CRM database data.
