Authorization bypass in Faveo ServiceDesk Enterprise 5.0.1 allows remote authenticated users to read other users' personal data. The profile request accepts a client-supplied user ID and returns the referenced account's data without enforcing object-level authorization. An ordinary authenticated customer account is sufficient to expose another user's work phone, email address, mobile phone, and organization.
