SSRF in Paranoidhttp before 0.3.0 allows remote attackers to send requests to loopback services through an IPv6 unspecified address. The safeAddr function accepts [::] because it checks forbidden ranges only after converting an address to IPv4, while connections to [::] reach the local host. Exploitation requires an application to pass attacker-controlled URLs to this client and permits requests to services bound to the local host.
