Origin spoofing via opaque-origin Web Serial prompts

Origin spoofing in Google Chrome before 113.0.5672.63 allows remote attackers to obscure the main origin through a crafted HTML page. The Web Serial API builds permission prompts from the top-level document's origin even when that document has an opaque origin that cannot be formatted for display. A user must visit the page and encounter the prompt, where the obscured requester identity can mislead a permission decision.
