Memory exhaustion via overpredicted header-map capacity

Uncontrolled resource consumption in Go net/textproto before 1.19.8 and 1.20.0 through 1.20.2 allows remote attackers to exhaust memory. Reader.ReadMIMEHeader uses newline patterns to predict header-map capacity, so continuation-heavy input is counted as many keys and causes disproportionate allocation. Any network-facing Go service that parses attacker-controlled HTTP or MIME headers can exhaust process or host memory and interrupt service without authentication.
