Improper output neutralization in the Go command before 1.21.0-0 allows local users to execute commands through go env shell output. The env command emits environment values inside shell assignments without escaping command substitutions, newlines, or other metacharacters. Exploitation requires control of an environment variable and execution of the generated shell or Windows batch output; commands run with the executing user's privileges.
