Authenticated PHP execution via tainted require_once path

Local file inclusion in PHPFusion 9.10.30 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute PHP files through Forum Infusion. The endpoint concatenates a traversal-bearing filename directly into a filesystem path passed to require_once without sufficient sanitization. Member access is sufficient, but code execution also requires a crafted .php payload at a known absolute path, and PHPFusion provides no known upload route for it.
