Authenticated command execution via unsanitized ping host

OS command injection in Milesight UR32L 32.3.0.5 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary commands through the ping API. The tools_ping handler truncates the untrusted host value only at the first space, embeds the result in a webtools.sh command string, and passes that string to system(). A valid ubus RPC session must reach the /cgi yruo_tools ping function; successful exploitation executes commands under the vulnerable router service account.
