Administrator account disabling via missing CSRF token
Published Oct 3, 2023 · Updated Sep 23, 2024
Cross-site request forgery in Pandora FMS 767 and earlier allows remote attackers to disable an administrator account through a logged-in browser. The user-disable action accepts a state-changing request without generating a CSRF token for that attempt, allowing submission from another site. Exploitation requires an authenticated administrator's browser to send the forged request, and the bounded result is loss of that administrator account.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
