Information disclosure via Sfe size-check bypass

Buffer over-read in affected Arista CloudEOS releases allows remote attackers to disclose memory through malformed packets sent to Sfe. The Sfe size-check bypass lets later packet processing read beyond a buffer and, with certain options configured, recompute the TCP checksum for DDoS use. Affected releases are 4.26.0 through 4.26.9M, 4.27.0 through 4.27.8M, 4.28.0 through 4.28.5M, and 4.29.0 through 4.29.1F; Sfe must run and is enabled by default.
