Unauthenticated root command execution via login-page injection

Command injection in Baicells Nova 227, Nova 233, and Nova 246 through RTS/RTD 3.6.6 allows remote attackers to execute root commands. The pre-login web interface passes attacker-controlled HTTP input into shell-command execution instead of treating it solely as data. The device must run affected firmware, have its web interface enabled, and be reachable from an internal or public network; successful exploitation grants root-level command execution.
