Improper access control in Citrix Windows and Linux VDAs before 2305 allows remote authenticated users to launch an unauthorized desktop. Citrix has not published the affected component or the access-control decision that incorrectly converts an application launch into a desktop session. An authorized account limited to launching a virtual application is required, and successful exploitation grants access to a desktop outside that account's assigned resources.
