Reflected XSS via unsanitized redirect parameters
Published Jul 10, 2023 · Updated Oct 25, 2024
Reflected XSS in Citrix ADC and Citrix Gateway allows remote attackers to execute script in a victim's browser via a crafted link. Unsanitized URL query parameters enter an HTTP Location header, where injected newline characters split the response and place script in its body. The appliance must be customer-managed and configured as a Gateway or AAA virtual server, and a victim must follow the link; execution occurs in that user's browser context.
