Session takeover via incomplete logout invalidation

Session fixation in Nozomi Networks Guardian and CMC before 22.6.2 allows local users to take over a logged-out user's session. Under timing-dependent conditions in Chrome, the logout path fails to fully invalidate the authenticated browser session. An authenticated local user must act within the timing window, and successful reuse grants the original user's application access.
