Missing authorization in Cisco Spark Notifier Plugin 1.1.1 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to enumerate Jenkins credential IDs. The doFillCredentialsIdItems methods query credentials as ACL.SYSTEM and return matching IDs without checking the caller's permission. Overall/Read permission is required; exposure is limited to identifiers, which can support a separate credential-capture attack.
