Inadequate encryption in Rockwell Automation ThinManager 13.0.0 and 13.0.1 allows remote attackers to decrypt client-server API traffic. The API accepts client-requested 3DES, a medium-strength cipher, instead of enforcing stronger encryption for the session. Exploitation requires network access and a client connection that negotiates the insecure cipher; the reported consequence is traffic disclosure only.
