XXE in Jenkins Semantic Versioning Plugin 1.14 and earlier allows attackers controlling agents to extract controller secrets or trigger SSRF. The controller/agent message accepts agent submissions, parses an attacker-selected file path as XML, and leaves external entity resolution enabled. Exploitation requires control of a Jenkins agent process and Jenkins 2.318 and earlier or LTS 2.303.2 and earlier; effects are controller file disclosure and controller-originated requests.
