Browser script execution via reflected unsanitized parameter
Published Jun 15, 2023 · Updated Apr 28, 2026
Reflected XSS in Zestard Technologies Admin side data storage for Contact Form 7 1.1.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to run scripts. Public records state only that an unspecified request parameter is returned without sanitization or output escaping; no parameter or code locus is disclosed. An unauthenticated attacker must induce a privileged user to follow a crafted request, after which script runs in that user's browser context and can alter or disclose site data.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
