Entry deletion via missing CSRF check
Published Feb 28, 2023 · Updated Apr 28, 2026
CSRF in Strategy11 LLC Formidable Forms 5.5.6 and earlier allows remote attackers to delete form entries through a forged request. The entry-deletion workflow performs the destructive operation without a valid CSRF check, allowing a cross-site request to reuse an administrator's session. A remote attacker must trick a logged-in administrator into submitting the request; successful exploitation deletes selected form data.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
