Stored XSS via unvalidated administrative parameters
Published Aug 10, 2023 · Updated Apr 28, 2026
Stored XSS in Spider Teams ApplyOnline 2.5 and earlier allows remote authenticated users with administrator access to inject scripts. The plugin stores some administrative parameters without validating or escaping them before later page output, including when unfiltered_html is disabled. Public sources do not name the affected parameters; exploitation requires administrator-level access to save the payload and a user to view the affected content.
