Browser script execution via unescaped administrator settings
Published Apr 23, 2023 · Updated Apr 28, 2026
Stored XSS in Karishma Arora's AI Contact Form plugin 1.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to inject browser scripts. Administrator-controlled plugin settings accept script-bearing input without sufficient sanitization and render it without output escaping. Administrator access is required, and code executes when another user opens the injected page; exposure is limited to multisite or disabled unfiltered_html.
