CVE-2023-24317Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Authenticated code execution via unrestricted PHP upload

Published Feb 23, 2023 · Updated Jul 9, 2026

Unrestricted file upload in Judging Management System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute code through edit_organizer.php. The organizer editor accepts a multipart file named with a .php extension and places it under the web-accessible uploads directory without rejecting executable content. Exploitation requires a session able to reach the organizer editor and a server configured to execute PHP in uploads, after which commands run with the web server's privileges.
