Browser script execution via unencoded FAQ tags

Cross-site scripting in phpMyFAQ before 3.1.13 allows remote attackers to run script in a user's browser through a crafted FAQ tag. Tags::getAllLinkTagsById placed a database-sourced tag name directly into link text and title fields instead of encoding it as HTML. Exploitation requires a malicious tag to reach an FAQ record and a user to view the rendered link, allowing script execution in that user's web context.
