Authenticated command execution via unsanitized SSID parameter

OS command injection in GL.iNET GL-E750 Mudi firmware before 3.216 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary commands. The ap_enalbe_v2 handler in /www/api inserts the ssid POST parameter into an e750-mcu shell command without neutralizing shell metacharacters. Administrator access to the router web interface and network reachability are required, and successful exploitation runs attacker-chosen commands on the device.
