Arbitrary file upload in laravel-admin 1.8.19 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary code via a crafted PHP file. Public records do not identify the upload endpoint or the file-validation operation that accepts executable PHP content. High-privilege access is required, and execution occurs in the web application's server context.
