Credential disclosure via double-encoded UNC path

Server-side request forgery in CData RSB Connect 22.0.8336 allows remote authenticated users to disclose server credentials via HTTP. The .NET Embedded Web Server decodes a crafted UNC path in the request URL and connects to an attacker-controlled SMB share, sending NetNTLM credentials. Exploitation requires valid application credentials, Windows hosting with the .NET Embedded Web Server, and knowledge of the target network or file system.
