Incorrect calculation in Rockwell Automation Armor PowerFlex firmware through 1.003 allows remote attackers to force a self-reset via network commands. An influx of network commands makes the device generate local event-log traffic at a rate that stops normal processing. Exploitation requires network reachability but no authentication or user action; the drive resets, remains faulted, and cannot resume operation until its error code is cleared.
