Administrator credential disclosure via unrestricted UCI endpoint

Incorrect access control in the /uci/get/ endpoint of NOVUS AirGate 4G firmware 1.1.16 allows remote attackers to obtain administrator credentials. The endpoint accepts a crafted POST request and returns sensitive administrator credential data without enforcing authentication. Network reachability of the management interface is the only reported gate; the disclosed credentials grant full device administration.
