Administrator-browser script execution via stored quote fields
Published May 14, 2024 · Updated Feb 13, 2025
Stored XSS in SourceCodester Simple Customer Relationship Management System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to run scripts in an administrator's browser. The get-quote.php handler stores company and query values without output-safe encoding, and an administrator view renders the injected script. A valid account must submit the quote request, and administrator interaction triggers script execution that can expose the administrator's session cookie.
