Authenticated database manipulation via crafted request URI

SQL injection in MLECMS 3.0 allows remote authenticated users to alter database queries through a crafted request URI. The get_url function in upload\inc\include\common.func.php passes attacker-controlled $_SERVER['REQUEST_URI'] data into SQL processing without neutralizing SQL syntax. A low-privileged session is required; successful exploitation reads or modifies application data and interrupts database-backed operations within the database account's privileges.
